This is an office building of 28 floors on a strategic site at the end of Cecil Street. It is a focal point although it is shorter than other buildings around it.

The Owner, Keppel Land International and DBS Land chose a dynamic granite, Carnelian Red from United States Cold Spring. It is a lively material which changes its shade at different times of the day. It is the most beautiful dark liver-red granite we have ever used. The create interest in the building a band of imperial red granite is used horizontally along the floor beam to create sparkle to the Carnelian Red.

As this is a totally office complex and standing at the based of the ground the single colour of Carnelian Red gives tremendous power to a relatively low building.

The site is a quadrant in shape and the building occupies the full site thereby creating the Quadrant as it was originally known. It is a building we are proud to present as a totally granite cladded building. The granite is installed in-situ as the size of this building is insufficient to use pre-cast as a method of construction.
