Lance Wong | Designer

Lance joined Raymond Woo & Associates in 2013 as an architectural assistant.  He is now one of the designers in the firm after 3 years of experience and completing his Masters in Seoul, Korea.  In the first few years of his practice in the firm, Lance has been involved in major projects such as the master planning at Kolombong, Kota Kinabalu and Manikar Condiminium, Kota Kinabalu.  His experience is not only limited to commercial and residential projects but includes playing a crucial role in the conservation of the Yue Hai Ching Temple which received the UNESCO Heritage Award.

Education in Seoul, Korea, has allowed Lance to be exposed to different cultures and working environments.  This has taught him to better consider the cultural context in his designs and always approaching projects with the sustainability of the local context in mind.  He has also served as a teaching assistant for his professor in University, where he was involved with the architectural team working on the Sonje Art Museum at Seoul.

He is now the leading designer for one of our current cultural project for the Ngee Ann Kongsi Teochew building.
